Chick-fil-A salad (copycat)

A fresh, satisfying salad that tastes just like the one from the drive-thru, but lighter and easier on the wallet. Crispy chicken, cool greens, and that signature creamy dressing make this a weeknight favorite that feels a little bit special.
Ingredients
- 1.5 lbsboneless, skinless chicken breasts

- 2 tbspvegetable oil for cooking
- 1 headromaine lettuce
- 1 cupshredded purple cabbage
- 1 cupshredded cheddar cheese
- 6 slicesbacon pieces
- 1 cupdiced tomatoes
- 1 cupmayonnaise
- 3 tbsppickle relish
- 2 tbspapple cider vinegar
