
Chili dogs with potato salad

- 1onion, diced

- 15 ozcanned tomato sauce
- 1 cupbeef broth
- 1 cupshredded cheddar cheese
- 2 lbspotatoes
- ½ cupmayonnaise
- 2 tbspapple cider vinegar

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cut potatoes into 1-inch cubes and cook until fork-tender, about 12–15 minutes. Drain and let cool slightly.

While potatoes cook, brown ground beef with diced onion in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain excess fat.

Stir in chili powder, cumin, tomato sauce, and beef broth. Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes until slightly thickened. Taste and season with salt and pepper.
