Cream cheese chicken

- 1.5 cupschicken broth
- 4garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbspbutter
- 1 tsppaprika
- 1 tspdried thyme

- 2 tbspfresh parsley, chopped

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Season chicken all over with salt, pepper, and paprika. Heat butter in a large ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat and brown chicken on both sides until golden, about 3 minutes per side.

Remove chicken and set aside. In the same skillet, sauté diced onion and garlic until softened, about 2 minutes.

Stir in chicken broth and thyme, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan. Cut cream cheese into chunks and stir into the broth until melted and smooth.
