Ingredients
- 1 lbground pork or chicken
- 1 smallcabbage head, thinly sliced
- 2 mediumcarrots, julienned
- 4green onions, chopped
- 3garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tbspsoy sauce
- 1 tbspsesame oil
- 2 tbspvegetable oil
- 1 tbspginger, minced
- 1 tbsprice vinegar
- ¼ cupwater
