Goulash

- 8 ozelbow macaroni
- 15 ozcanned tomato sauce

- 1 tbspWorcestershire sauce

- 1 cupcheddar cheese, shredded

Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add diced onion and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.

Add ground beef and cook, breaking it up as it browns, until no pink remains, about 5 minutes. Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Add the uncooked pasta, tomato sauce, beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir well, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom.

Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is tender and the sauce has thickened slightly.

Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir in most of the cheddar cheese, reserving some for topping.
