
Honey garlic chicken

Sweet, savory, and sticky—this honey garlic chicken comes together in one pan and tastes like takeout, but better because you made it. Tender chicken glazed in a simple sauce that clings to every bite, and it's on the table in about 30 minutes.
Ingredients

- 3 tbspsoy sauce
- 1 tbsprice vinegar
- 2 tbspvegetable oil
- 1 tbspginger grated
- 1/4 tspred pepper flakes
- 1 tspcornstarch
- 2 tbspwater
- 2scallions sliced
- 1 tspsesame seeds

Cut chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and pat dry with paper towels.

Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Working in batches, sear chicken until golden on all sides, about 6–8 minutes total. Set aside.

In the same pan, add garlic and ginger, stirring constantly for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

Whisk together honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, cornstarch, water, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl, then pour into the pan.
