Nachos

Ingredients
- 4 largeflour tortillas or naan
- 1 lbground beef or chicken
- 2 tbsptaco seasoning
- 2 cupsshredded cheddar cheese
- 1 canblack beans (canned, drained)
- 1jalapeños
- 1/2 cupsour cream
- 3/4 cupsalsa
- 2 tbspfresh cilantro
- 1lime
- 1 tbspolive oil

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown the ground meat with the taco seasoning and 1/4 cup water until cooked through, about 5–7 minutes. Drain if needed and set aside.

Warm the black beans in a small saucepan over low heat, about 3 minutes.

Brush both sides of each tortilla lightly with olive oil. Toast them directly on the oven rack at 400°F (200°C) or in a dry skillet until crispy and golden, about 3–4 minutes per side.

Transfer toasted tortillas to a baking sheet. Top each with cooked meat, warm beans, sliced jalapeños, and a generous handful of cheese.
