Grilled pork tenderloin is one of those weeknight heroes that looks fancier than it actually is—juicy, quick, and impressive without fuss. A simple garlic and herb rub keeps things flavorful while the grill gives you a beautiful crust and tender, pink center every time.

- 3garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbspfresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tbspfresh thyme, chopped

Pat the pork tenderloin dry with paper towels and bring it to room temperature for about 15 minutes.

Mix olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Rub the mixture all over the pork, getting into every crevice.

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F) and oil the grates well.

Grill the tenderloin for 12–15 minutes, turning every 3 minutes to get an even crust all around. You're aiming for an internal temperature of 145°F (medium).
