Pork tenderloin / pork medallions

American · Grilled · 2 hr · Serves 4

Grilled pork tenderloin is one of those weeknight heroes that looks fancier than it actually is—juicy, quick, and impressive without fuss. A simple garlic and herb rub keeps things flavorful while the grill gives you a beautiful crust and tender, pink center every time.

  2. 2

Mix olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Rub the mixture all over the pork, getting into every crevice.

  3. 3

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F) and oil the grates well.

  4. 4

Grill the tenderloin for 12–15 minutes, turning every 3 minutes to get an even crust all around. You're aiming for an internal temperature of 145°F (medium).
