Salad wraps

These fresh, handheld wraps are perfect for lunch boxes, quick dinners, or when you want something light but satisfying. Load them with crisp greens, your favorite proteins, and a simple dressing—everyone builds their own and that's half the fun.
Ingredients
- 8large flour tortillas or wraps
- 1 headromaine lettuce
- 2 cupsshredded rotisserie chicken
- 1.5 cupscherry tomatoes
- 1cucumber
- 1 cupshredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cupranch dressing
- ¼red onion
- 2avocado

Wash and dry the lettuce, then tear it into bite-sized pieces and set aside.

Dice the tomatoes and cucumber. Thinly slice the red onion and halve the avocados.

Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat, about 30 seconds per side, so they're pliable.

Lay a warm tortilla flat and layer with lettuce, chicken, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, cheese, and avocado in the center.
