Ingredients
- 1 lbchicken breast or pork
- 2bell peppers (any color)
- 3 cupsbroccoli florets
- 3 tbspsoy sauce
- 3garlic cloves
- 1 tbspfresh ginger
- 2 tbspvegetable oil
- 1 tbsprice vinegar
- 1 tspcornstarch
- ¼ cupwater

Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and chop peppers and garlic. Mince the ginger.

Stir together soy sauce, vinegar, cornstarch, and water in a small bowl. Set aside.

Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Cook chicken until golden and cooked through, about 5 minutes. Move to a plate.
