Taco bowls are the weeknight answer to everyone wanting something different—all the flavors you love without the fuss of assembling individual tacos. Load up seasoned ground beef or shredded chicken over rice, then pile on your favorite toppings for a fun, customizable meal that kids and grown-ups actually enjoy making together.
