Buffalo chicken tacos are the perfect weeknight dinner—crispy tortillas loaded with spicy, tangy shredded chicken that everyone at the table will actually eat. They come together in under 30 minutes and taste like you fussed, even though you didn't.
Ingredients

- 1 cupbuffalo sauce
- 2 tbspbutter
- 8corn or flour tortillas
- 1/2 cupblue cheese crumbles
- 1/2 cupranch dressing
- 2 stalkscelery
- 3green onions

Place chicken breasts in a large pot, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until cooked through, about 12–15 minutes.

Drain chicken and shred with two forks until you have bite-sized pieces.

Melt butter in a large pan over medium heat, add buffalo sauce, then stir in shredded chicken until completely coated. Warm through for 2–3 minutes.
